What is presence? - Presence is being completely focused on the present moment, undistracted by the past, the future, or by your own ego. Presence can be strengthened by relaxing, or practicing mindfulness exercises or other types of meditation..  What is intuition? - Intuition is when you seem to know something but you don't know how you know it.
