"When I was considering joining the school, I had two main concerns - how expensive the training is, and whether or not the school would really provide me with the training I needed to succeed. There were so many schools out there promising me certification and a great career with less investment in both time and money...and I wondered, what is the difference really, between your school and all of the others? Am I just being foolish spending so much money for the same thing I could get somewhere else for less?

After joining the school, I found that the support of the community was incredible, and the value I received was less in terms of the curriculum itself, but in sharing thoughts, feelings and fears with you and the others in my classes. Coaching skills were somewhat natural to me, but business building was new so the Coach 100 classes focusing on getting clients were incredibly helpful and totally justified by themselves the financial investment. In addition, the personal development classes helped me redefine my goals and dreams. I have made incredible changes as a result of those classes and revisit my notes every 6 months or so in a continual process of getting to know myself better.

My favorite part of this program is its flexibility. I hate being tied to a schedule, and have real trouble juggling my other commitments and classes, but I could always listen to the recordings of the classes and get "live" support through the community features - the online forum and friendships I had made - whenever I needed it.

The greatest benefit of the program for me was the exposure to a wide range of coaching styles. By being involved in in-class coaching, having coaching buddies and exchanging coaching sessions with other coaches in the program, I learned quite a bit about the many different ways one can coach and still provide value. I learned that being one's self, as opposed to fitting some predetermined model of "a coach" was most effective, and I learned to work with aspects of myself as a coach that I had previously felt may be problematic, such as my alternative spiritual beliefs, turning them into benefits for my clients, and enhancing my own self-image at the same time. An awesome feeling!

I would absolutely recommend this program and school to others, because I believe that Julia, its founder, and all of the staff and students are operating from a place of real integrity. Everyone is truly supporting each other in a journey towards masterful coaching, with a sincere interest in providing a service to others that promotes clients' and colleagues' self-esteem and personal fulfillment. Lives are truly being changed for the better, every day as a direct result of the training we receive.
