Every coach/student at SCM is encouraged to hire great coaches to mentor them, not just buddy coaches, which are great for a different reason, but excellent, accomplished, successful IAC Certified Coaches, who can help them navigate the thousands of choices that make or break a coaching career.
SCM has invited the following IAC Certified Coaches to join the new SCM Mentor Coach Program. Each one has agreed to coach members of the SCM Full Coach Training Program and Certified Coach Training Program for up to three months at a special rate: $200-300 per month. (Members of this elite group normally charge up to $700 per month!)

Everything that happens in life is an opportunity to learn and grow. In my work as a coach, curiosity guides me to discover what matters most to my clients from one moment to the next. It’s definitely a dynamic process! What really calls me to this profession is my commitment to make the world a better place one person at a time. For those who may be interested, I am a certified teacher and guide of the “Living Your Design” course and can easily integrate my knowledge of Human Design into my coaching services. I’m also excited about my new venture as a Coaching Leader on the inaugural Reinvention Team at Compass Life and Business Designs.

The best part of my certification experience was having a mentor coach as my strongest advocate who saw me on the “other side” as a fully certified coach from the start. Now, I’m my clients’ strongest advocate as they pursue their own coaching journey. I’ve lived and worked overseas most of my life. I combine my business acumen, multi-cultural awareness and passion for personal development to ensure my client’s achieve the results they seek. At SCM, I contributed to Julia’s Ad Hoc Question Committee during the design stage.

I believe in our boundless human capacity to create desired positive change and well-being in our personal and professional lives. Most people, however, get stuck when they try to transfer what they know into what they do, and what they want to be into their way of being. Sound familiar?! It was finding myself stuck years ago that led me into coaching and also learning how to cultivate my own personal and professional well being.

Natalie models the importance of living the concepts of coaching mastery in our everyday lives. This is accomplished by allowing oneself to become aware of the chatter of the mind and balancing it with the soulful peace of spirit guidance. She firmly believes that coaching is a be-ing state as opposed to something you "do".
Having trained at the Thomas Leonard Graduate School of Coaching, she later accepted a position at the school as an instructor and certifying examiner. Certified by the International Association of Coaching, she became a certifying examiner for the IAC in July 2005.
In January 2006 she was offered the opportunity to lead the IAC as President, a position she held until March of 2008. Additionally, she was on the team of international coaches who designed the 9 IAC Coaching Masteries™. Natalie is now a Master Instructor for the School of Coaching Mastery.
