Leveraging Perfection to Create Choice: Our clients' problems and challenges are always perfectly calibrated to grow them in whatever direction is needed. When we can see this, we can help them see possibilities and opportunities that may have been hidden from them. The trick is to know when and how to share this critical knowledge.

Perfection is a huge "come-from" that is a "must" for the masterful coach. Once you see it, your next step is to notice when the client is ready to hear it and learn how to gracefully share it - or not. To develop this come-from, work on your own spiritual growth. Here are three great books to help you: A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, Living the Science of Mind by Earnest Holmes, and The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra.
