Coaching Mastery At a Glance: Fre*e Matrix

Coaching Mastery at a Glance: Fre*e Matrix that Compares the New IAC Masteries with the Proficiencies and Secrets of Certification.

As the profession of coaching continues to grow and evolve, each of us as coaches share a unique opportunity to impact the world in positive ways. Every year that goes by ushers in breakthroughs in coaching technology and each coach individually grows in his or her ability to change lives profoundly.

The end of this year marks an important milestone in coaching, as Thomas Leonard's Proficiencies are eliminated completely from the IAC's Coach Certification. This brilliant coaching model, which described for the first time what a great coach actually does, will be replaced by another that goes a step further in describing what the coach does and what happens as a result, in language that is accessible to coaches from all backgrounds and cultures. It's an exciting time to be coaching!

If you're one of the thousands of coaches who studied Thomas' approach to great coaching, you may be curious how the old Proficiencies compare to the new IAC Coaching Masteries™. Or if you're one of the hundreds of coaches who have studied my Seven Secrets of Certification, designed to help coaches master the skills that separate coaches who succeed at this rigorous certification from those who don't, you may be interested in this fre*e matrix that shows, at a glance, how these three masterful coaching models compare, side by side. New Improved Reminder System For SCM Study Groups

If you've attended any of our fre*e study groups over the past year and a half, you know that they provide wonderful value for any coach who wants to sharpen their instrument, while enjoying a community of supportive colleagues. The only complaint we've had is that coaches would miss them, because only one reminder for all the groups was going out each month.

Well, we heard you and now we have a new reminder system that sends an email with the date/time/call-in number, 24 hours in advance of each meeting. There is no need to coach in isolation. Now you can meet with your colleagues by bridge line and grow together!

To view the current schedule and sign up for reminders, go here.

New study groups will be added in January.
