Then join the Certified Group Coach Mentor Group:

We say group coaching is advanced because, on top of one-to-one coaching skills, the coach also needs to function as a group facilitator, providing value to every client in attendance. And often there are elements of training or consulting in a group coaching session. Even if you have experience with each of these skills, putting them all together can be more challenging than you imagine. The coach needs to shift flawlessly from one skill set to another, as needed.

In addition, group coaching clients themselves, are sometime confused what they're doing within a coaching session. They may expect the coach to deliver a seminar or training session and show up passively, but coaching is all about providing what clients need, when they need it. It's not about delivering pre-packaged content. So you may need to train your clients on how to use group coaching.

When you join this group, you'll become a group coaching client, experiencing the group from a client's perspective. You'll have two opportunities to take over the group, as the coach. You'll get feedback and a grade. Pass with an 80% grade and you'll become a Certified Group Coach at no extra charge, receive a PDF certificate and be listed on the School of Coaching Mastery website.
