Free Coaching Course: What Drives Your Client

Coaching clientLearn to distinguish what will pull your client forward vs. what they're chasing after and help them succeed with ease and speed.

In this 4-hour mini-module, you'll learn to identify the stuff that clients chase, which eats up their energy, and instead help them identify goals that actually give them MORE energy.

Why does this matter? Without this awareness, you waste your time and your clients' time helping them struggle after goals that  disappoint. This is one of the secrets of great coaching and you can learn it right away for free.

Hi Julia!
Thanks for the course again. I've decided to take things a step further and actually chronicle and blog about taking this course (along with other things I'm doing as a self-directed learner), on my blog - http://www.northerndruid.net

Keeping a log of reflections, writings, and an online portfolio will also help me to synthesize this learning too. Hoping more folks take the course too!

Have you thought of adding some social networking, community features to your site like Google Friend Connect, so folks taking the class can network?

Great blog, Scott ~ You may want to enter Best Coaching Blogs next year! Wonderful idea about social networking. I'll set up our Facebook page so folks from the free program can connect there.
