Coaching for Habitat for Humanity

This course is now complete. Go here if you would like to access free coach training.

"I found Julia Stewart's Coaching for Habitat for Humanity course eye-opening and encouraging. I look forward to learning more about her coach training in the future." - Lael Johnson Creativity coach, writer and beader

You're invited to attend a very special offering of Coaching Groundwork...Our signature coach training program for new coaches and people who are interested in adding coaching skills to their resume. Now you can attend  Habitat for Humanity for FREE!

"People who are coaches will be the norm. Other people won’t get promoted." - Jack Welch, legendary CEO of General Electric, who's been called "the world's greatest manager"

Is there some kind of catch? Well yes, there is. We ask you to first make a contribution that may change the lives of homeless families around the world. If you're willing to contribute $20USD or more, we'll admit you to a special Coaching Groundwork course, worth $325, for free. Plus your contribution will be DOUBLED by a benefactor at Habitat for Humanity.

WIN-WIN-WIN.

You'll meet 4 consecutive days, March 30 - April 2, 12-2 PM Eastern/NY

Led by Julia Stewart, IAC-CC, President of the School of Coaching Mastery via teleconference.

What do Habitat for Humanity and coaching have in common, you ask? Well, now you have the opportunity to be a hero in the world's housing crisis. You've heard about this growing crisis from the news, on Oprah, everywhere. People all over the world, including increasingly, people in the United States, do not have access to safe, decent housing.

Here's what two previous Coaching Groundwork participants said about the program you'll receive:

“Hi Julia...you are amazing, Great class today...really enjoyed it and loved participating.  I can really see the value of coaching in so many ways…” – Donna Bogers Miller, www.yourfit.ca

"Thank you again for your generous Heart; the Light you have offered so freely is returning to you magnified. I appreciated the opportunity to offer a coaching space, and marveled at D's - and everyone's - Presence and willingness to BE (open, vulnerable, clear, in surrender). You are a powerful role model for the complete process." – JoAnne Scalise, www.InfiniteYOU.com

In fact, even if you're not a coach, or you're not interested in this Course, we still encourage you to contribute. In fact, if you go the extra distance, we'll feature you on our Coaching Superheroes webpage for anyone who contributes $100USD or more to this critical cause.

This is a win-win-win approach to spreading the power of coaching, while supporting an important cause. We believe this free coaching program will change your life, while helping to save lives and giving is the just your first step.

In fact, if you've ever wondered whether now is the right time for you to become a coach, then use this opportunity to contribute as a bit or a test.

Great coaching requires faith, curiosity, courage and generosity (These are also the symptoms of abundance thinking). So if you're inspired, excited and ready to jump in to do a good deed and get something valuable in exchange, that's a very good sign that you're ready to become a coach!

If on the other hand, you're feeling a little suspicious or don't think you can afford to give generously, right now, coaching may not be for you at this time. Scarcity thinking will stop you from becoming a successful professional coach. (You need to be coached to get over this, before you're ready to become one. Consider hiring a great coach to help you. www.MasteryCoachExchange.com is an awesome place to meet real professional coaches and decide which one you want to work with. It's even possible to try a coach for free!)

Ready to give generously? People need your help, so give until you want to say, "Ouch!"

More info about the regular Coaching Groundwork program is located here. If you're a visual learner, or you want to ask questions and practice your coaching skills, the regular version is for you. It's $325.

To participate in Coaching for Habitat for Humanity and get the Coaching Groundwork Course free of charge, here are your steps:

1. Go here to make an online donation of AT LEAST $20USD at the Habitat for Humanity Site. 100% of your contribution goes to Habitat for Humanity (and a benefactor will double it). School of Coaching Mastery receives nothing.

You can donate as little as $20, but successful coaches are high performers, so we encourage you to increase the amount of your donation until you want to say "Ouch!" (Remember, you're receiving a program that normally sells for hundreds of dollars and is known to change lives.) We honor any size donation you make, but we think a minimum of $20USD is appropriate if you want the free Course.

2. Forward your email acknowledgement from the Habitat for Humanity to this address: julia [at] schoolofcoachingmastery [dot] com. If you contribute at least $20USD, you'll be automatically signed up for your free Coach Training Course and you can start your journey to Coaching Mastery, right away.  (Send us your email acknowledgement from the HungerSite.org for a $100USD contribution and we'll also add you to the Coaching Superheroes page.)

3. Pay it forward. Tell everyone you know who is interested in coaching, cares about humanity, or loves to give. Your story will inspire others and the more people who support Coaching for Habitat for Humanity, the more good we all can do. This is a win-win-win project! Spread it on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. If you have a blog, please mention it there. We're counting on you to spread the word.

4. Do it right now. There is nothing more important than giving a needy child a home. Plus the world needs more masterful coaches to assist leaders to create a safe and enlightened planet.

THANK YOU!

Why are we doing this? This project came to me while walking the labyrinth at the St. Louis Center for Spiritual Living. I'd set an intention to introduce 100 new people to coaching skills via SCM in 2008. I knew I could do this quickly if I offered Coaching Groundwork for free, but why not ask each student to make a donation to a great cause? The value they'd receive from the program would be multiplied by their generosity!

A couple of participants in this program later joined SCM. I thought it only right to share 10% of what we made with the Center for Spiritual Living.

As Rev. Marigene DeRusha, CSL's Pastor, said in a "thank-you" note to me:

"Whatever we give is returned to us in like kind, multiplied abundantly."

This really is a win-win-win project. That's the power of abundance thinking! As of March 25, 2009, we've helped raise thousands of dollars for great causes via Coaching Groundwork and we've provided coach training to more new people than we can count, but we plan to train hundreds more and raise thousands of additional dollars. Please help.
