Life Coach, Karen Chastain, believes inspired action comes from within. She works with others knowing each is unique and beautiful. Her approach will gently guide you towards clarity of purpose , whether that be finding enough time to garden, changing careers, or towards balancing of body, mind and spirit.
Karen has a background in Community work with women, as an Elementary School Teacher, a Wellness Consultant, Parenting and Grandparenting. She is interested in energy work and practices Yoga and Meditation.
Karen has a lifelong commitment to exploring her own essence. This guided her towards life coaching where her passion is to be of service to others in discovering their own inner knowing to ultimately make a difference in their lives. She lives in British Columbia, Canada, with her granddaughter.
