What's the structure of Certification Bootcamp?
There are three parts.
- The Certification Bootcamp course. 10 hour recorded audio training for advanced coaches who want to understand the meaning behind the IAC Coaching Masteries(TM), the coaching model that you will need to demonstrate masterfully in order to become an IAC Certified Coach. You'll also get aproximately 50 pages of our exclusive Coaching Guides, edited for advanced learners, to deepen your learning. (IAC Lead Certifier, Natalie Tucker Miller, IAC-CC, says she likes our guides better than Thomas Leonard's!) Take the course only, or combine it with the live intensive.
- The Certification Bootcamp Practicum. 8 hours by live teleconference, divided into 4 two-hour sessions of Coaching Masteries practice and feedback, to prep for certification. You'll be ready for anything after this practicum! The practicum includes Certification Bootcamp Buddies at no extra charge, so you can practice even more and bring your very best game when you're ready to get certified.
- The Certification Bootcamp Intensive. 18 hours of live, in-person training, practice, and demonstration of the Coaching Masteries. You will coach, observe great coaching, and get expert feedback, in a small group of talented coaches for an entire weekend. Plus, you'll get your coaching sessions recorded and scored. It takes a special kind of coach to put themselves on the line like this. It's fun, intense, and you'll bring your very best game, guaranteed. If you want, you can apply for SCM Certification and be scored by all 3 SCM Certifiers, 2 of whom are also current IAC Certifiers. And if you register early, you'll get to attend the special 4-session Certification Bootcamp Practicum to prep for the intensive, at no extra charge!
It's possible to leave this intensive already certified by School of Coaching Mastery and/or ready to be certified by the IAC.**

Who's your instructor for Certification Bootcamp?
Julia Stewart, President of the School of Coaching Mastery, will lead you through this fast-paced program. Julia has coached, trained or certified most of the current IAC Certifiers, the people who will either pass or fail you for IAC Certification.
Does that mean the IAC will rubber-stamp your certification? Fat chance! But it does mean Julia has her finger on the pulse of what IAC Coach Certification is all about.
When is Certification Bootcamp?
Here are the upcoming dates for each component of Certification Bootcamp:
1. Certification Bootcamp Course: All 10 1-hour recordings on how to use the 9 Coaching Masteries, plus a demonstration by Julia Stewart of the 9 masteries in a real coaching session. 2. Certification Bootcamp Practicum: 4 two-hour sessions in May via teleconference from anywhere in the world. We meet on 4 consecutive Mondays & Wednesdays: May 26 & 27, June 2 & 3; 8-10 PM Eastern/NY Time (Compare times zones here). This practicum is included at no extra charge for participants of the intensive (see below).

3. Certification Bootcamp Intensive: 18 hours LIVE training, coaching, recording, feedback and scoring**. You'll come away with 2 recordings ready to turn in to the IAC and/or you'll be certified by SCM, or you'll know exactly what you need to work on to pass.
